After I reserved my room with Expedia the hotel told me that since they didn’t receive the payment from Expedia I don’t have the room so they have to take me to the next Hotel at midnight even though they did not charge me again I have to stay late.

I booked and reserved a room with two queen size beds, in order to accommodate my company. Upon arrival and check in at the hotel, the staff stated they did not have the room that I had reserved available and they would have to supplement a different room. The manager at the staff came forward and stated that their cleaning staff had the new year off and so a lot of the rooms that should have been available we’re not cleaned, and so there were no accommodations that could satisfy my reservation. He offered a room with a single bed and a fold out bed (Fold out bed that was very uncomfortable) I reluctantly agreed to the offer considering I was in from out of town, The hour was late and I did not have a accommodations elsewhere
