Reserved a room with 2 beds for 4 people. When we arrived to check in I was told they were oversold and only had a room with 1 bed. I unfortunately reserved a room and prepaid and had to sleep on the floor. Front desk wasn’t any help other than giving us linens to lay on the floor. They did offer me free parking in the garage for the one night we were there. Be wary if you actually need what you reserved.

October Austin Visit
Very clean - great breakfast! There is a $35 charge for parking but Hotels.com showed free parking. When the showed it to the front desk lady, she removed the parking fee. Exceptional service throughout my visit. I will definitely be back.
