Spacious, clean rooms with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was top notch for us with a large variety of hot and cold items. Coffee and tea available all day. Great stay and excellent price. Will stay here again!

Overall had a pleasant stay. However, we had two full days of no hot water for the shower. One day it was warm at best, the other it was straight up cold. It was fixed before we completed our visit. Also, Room service only cleaned our room once, over the course of 5 nights.

Lady at the front desk doesn’t know what she’s doing. Charged my credit card on a room that was prepaid! 1st room was dirty and smelly 2nd room AC broken elevator carpet smelled horrible! Pick another place to stay!

The hotel didn’t have hot water 3 days of the 6 days we stayed and the A/C in the room kept changing back to 75 so it wouldn’t allow the room to stay cooled off. When we would leave and come back it was warm in the room and throughout the night it would get warmer as well even when we bumped the A/C down. Will not stay here again.

The hotel was pretty clean but 3 days out of our 6 days staying at this hotel we did not have hot water. The staff apologized but just said sorry and shrugged their shoulders. There was no offer to accommodate us in anyway. Also, when I walked into the lobby there were employees discussing the lack of hot water and how customers were upset and they were laughing and mocking the customers about it which was very disappointing and unprofessional. The only reason we stayed was because I booked through Expedia and didn’t purchase the cancellation insurance or we would have left. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and there was a good selection of places to shop and eat close by. Also there was easy parking close to the entrance.

2 night stay for a concert. Hotel was clean for the most part. There was a very questionable white splatter on pull out couch. ??… The bed was not comfortable for my taste. It was too hard, I prefer plush. Pillows were almost nonexistent. Atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing.

Staff did ask me to leave before check out and woke me up. The faucet was broken and couldn't get hot water the staff just said sorry but they didn't seem sorry .
