In the room, the carpet is dirty and torn from use. The furniture was stained, and I wouldn't dare sit on it. The bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. The bed was with clean linen. I got the most expensive suite and would have paid more for something better. The hotel needs to be refurbished. I would never go back. I never have left a review like this, but you should be aware not to waste your money.

Property and room very clean. Staff( Megan) and services very nice and informative to letting me know about services. Only disappointment I had was that one of the amenities that were advertised was on longer available which is why I choose this hotel, other than that I would definitely stay again.

I stayed one night when visiting the area for a wedding. What stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They were warm and helpful and a delight to chat with. My room was very comfortable and breakfast the next morning was fine. I would definitely stay here were I to return to the area.

For one night. It did the job.
If I was there for more then one day I would have asked for a different room. The shower was warm. Never got hot. The tv was hard to work. No guide provided. Walls were thin.ln room coffee maker didn’t work. Coffee in lobby was weak and looked like tea.

Great Hotel Stay for Formula 1 Event
This hotel is positioned well next to the Circuit of the Americas. We stayed so we could get easy access to the Formula 1 event this past weekend. The hotel is a tad dated, but appointed well. The staff was very professional, courteous, and always at the front desk. Overall, the hotel was fantastic. My only wish list item would have been for the hotel to have a shuttle to the F1 event. That would have saved us a lot of time and would have been a nice feature for the hotel. Getting a lyft is what we ended up doing.

The pool was freezing cold. I let them know and they said they would turn it up... The next day the pool was only teeth-chattering cold. My children did not enjoy it!

Mattress was super hollowed out and did not offer any support. Walls were indire need of a touch up and the carpets were all torn. Hotel looks like time has passed it up and forgot about it. My opinion, it needs a remodel

An Alright Stay
Toilet would not flush. That was kind of gross. Carpet in room felt sticky. Sheets were clean, bathroom was large and well lit. Breakfast was pretty good.

Nice clean hotel, near lots of shopping and ok restaurants, mostly chains. (but we didn't venture out too far either) The beds were so comfortable. We had a suite and it was HUGE....... if you are traveling with kids - be sure to check out this room.

Very quiet area, pleasantly surprised!
Was in town for a funeral so did not spend all that much time in the hotel. Always happy with Hampton Inns. Would have liked to have more time to just see some of the things to do nearby.
