Arrived to the hotel and waited in for valet services about 20 minutes. The manager explained they had only a couple of staff members and were backed up throughout our entire stay there. Additionally, The texting service for valet did not work. The restroom smelled terrible like mold. However,I don’t think this was a housekeeping issue more of a facility issue. The safe in our room did not work & the elevators had mechanical issues. Guest were jammed packed on the elevator because it was taking up to 10 minutes since only 2 were functioning.

Everything was fantastic. I was amazed how loud the music was in my room on the 25th floor from the street below. It did not bother me whem sleeping. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

Do not book here. I missed my stay due to my flight being diverted and missing my connecting flight and they are refusing to reimburse me. Don’t book here unless you’re willing to throw money out the window due to circumstances you can’t control.
