The hotel itself was in great condition. Room was clean but the towels were not restocked during my stay. I did mention that the room beside me and the room above me were extremely loud. I could literally hear my neighbor yelling at his partner as if they were in the same room. Upstairs neighbors had kids stomping all morning and all night.
We stayed for 2 nights and it was horrible, we didn’t get any room service. They never cleaned our room and when I asked front desk they said we do cleaning every other day so since they cleaned our room on check in there won’t be any cleaning till we check out. We asked for some extra towels and they said you have to come downstair but front desk to get it.
Worst part of this staying I had bedbugs bites all over my hand and I confronted with front desk , he said I will have my manager to get with you but he or she never did.
I’m still waiting for them to get back with me.
I contacted Travelocity and addressed the issue and they said we will contact the property management to get back with you. No response yet.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY THERE.

What's not to like. This establishment was awesome. The ambiance, the atmosphere, the staff, the property, the price, and my experience were. priceless
We had a great stay at this property. The staff was professional, the hotel was clean, and our room was better than expected. The bed was really comfy and the room was super clean! We would stay here again. Close to downtown as well.
