Money stealing idiots

Hideous check in. Jeffery would not accept my hotels.com reservation and forced a second payment for the room. Room was late at check in. Staff unhelpful and insisted I file a dispute with the bank, although I showed proof of payment.

Overall stay was great! The only thing I would change is the bedding materials. Fabric made sleeping uncomfortable even if the bed/pillows were comfortable. Too hot!

Multiple Irritations in an otherwise pleasant stay

Team was friendly but housekeeping was continuously confused about whether they had completed our room. We stayed for a week and only had our room made up once. We also couldn't communicate with them because they spoke zero English. Also, our HVAC went out twice and had to be reset by maintenance. Finally, our key cards went bad twice (both keys kept in separate places) - would work on outside doors but not our room. Series of irritations in an otherwise clean comfortable room and nice facility.
