NO HOT WATER

This hotel is horrible! We are leaving today, and trying to get a refund. We haven’t had hot water for 3 days, and they keep saying it’s fixed, but it never gets hotter than lukewarm. This property also needs a major update. There are broken and loose tiles in the bathroom, and the beds are so uncomfortable!!!!

Staff do helpful and consolidated 2 reservations so I did not have to move rooms. I arrived late and was nervous to park in back and front desk manager came and checked on me. Really appreciated that. Good value for a hotel stay at a reasonable price!
