This particular room 3rd floor had some carpet issue. 1. Some dog had chewed some of carpet by the sofa; 2. Carpet was worn and in need of replacement. Otherwise, great hotel. Definitely, off the beaten path of downtown.

Need more staff. Very short handed. Ordered coffee and bottled waters, phone rang at all departments and no one answered as t all. Took 2 hours for housekeeping to bring more coffee and bottled water. Tile in the bathroom and shower of very dangerous when wet. Extremely slippery when wet.

We had a staycation, which was amazing. Chris at the front desk was accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The food was great, entertainment at the restaurant was great, the room was great, and the view was spectacular. We are returning for another staycation and recommending it to friends and family.

Good, but...something is missing.
This is a weird review. The property is pretty, but beginning to age. Also, their occupancy is WAY down. Because of it, the staff is sparse. I have stayed there 10+ times, even when it had another name. The view is beautiful. The rooms are very nice. But, it's lacking something. I hate that they haved moved to community soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. Gross. Bed is comfortable, and the furnishings are quite nice. Complimentary water. Tried to order room service; nobody ever picked up. Fitness center is nice. Free parking is nice. Literally every time I arrived or left the property, one of the valets was just returning from smoking. The bar is drastically overpriced. Embarrassingly so. I love this place, but I'm afraid it's struggling. Will continue to stay there (for now) and bring my own booze.

Beautiful Hotel and Friendly Staff. Great place for a romantic getaway. The only thing I would have liked would be an ice machine on the wing we stayed on. Had to go all the other way to the other wing to get ice but not to bad.

The hotel was great! It was clean and beautifully designed. I would like to extend a personal thank you to Chris who worked the front desk when we arrived, he was fantastic. It was a bowl of what appeared to be yogurt outside of our door when we arrived that stayed there the two nights that no one seemed to mind even with the accumulation of mold. Other than that the stay was amazing and I would definitely recommend.

Everything was great but what really stood out was the service and the attentiveness by the staff, specially the cleaning staff and maintenance who went out of their ways many times to make sure my mom was taken care of.
