Property was clean, great staff. Enjoyed the free breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, but area near hotel was littered with trash and many homeless people.

One side of the Hyatt building is located directly next to a bar, and the noise—particularly the bass—was extremely loud throughout the night. The bar remains open until 2 a.m., which made it difficult to rest. We contacted the front desk to request a room change due to the noise, but instead, we were only offered a pair of earplugs.

Only real issue was the sink in the bathroom did not drain very good. However we didnt want to be bothered to have some on look at it. The charge for valet parking which was all that was available was very steep at near $50 per day with taxes. Not fully disclosed in the advertisements for the hotel online.

My stay was great. I enjoyed myself but I will say housekeeping didn’t come to my room. I am not sure if that was something I needed to request but I thought they were supposed to come to every room. Also it was a bit loud from the surrounding bars but I didn’t mind it. The breakfast was just ok. Overall my stay was wonderful and the staff was nice

Our stay was fine, the hotel room could do with a makeover especially the AC which was incredibly noisy with the vent right beside the bed. The breakfast was really good and the area is ok but not as walkable as we expected.

Nice hotel, staff, room and full breakfast. Valet parking was free though I have no idea why. It was a perfect overnight stay and so convenient for walking to Moody Amphitheater for a concert.

Service was excellent. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. the only problem we had was that the shower was slow in draining and so was the bathroom sink. We reported this at check out so hopefully it will be fixed. It did not interfere with our use. Noisy at night due to nearby music venues but they do offer earplugs and a white noise machine!
