Perfect location if you wanna be close to 6th but not in the heart of the party. My room was super clean and the price point was very affordable. The suites were a great way to go!

When we arrived our room was not ready yet, due to being short staffed on cleaners. But the front desk staff was incredibly nice and apologetic. They got us pre-checked in and put a rush on our room to get cleaned and inspected. Once we got a our room key, the room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and big. Other then that first hiccup when we arrived, our stay was great. The hotel is close enough to walk to 6th street for a dink and dinner. Yet very affordable and quiet at nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that people should know is that there is a loud bar right below the property towards the back that played really lounge music until 1am/1:30am on Saturdays (maybe Friday also) so bring earplugs😂

Great staff and very nice rooms. The double queen suite was large with a great layout and the kitchen had everything you needed including a dishwasher. Only downside was the window view was obscured—it faced other rooms..no skyline view…we were on the eighth floor and was hoping to see the beautiful city skyline. No problem we just walked outside and took it all in. Great place to stay and enjoyed the morning complimentary hot breakfast.

Very, very, very sad that there were so many homeless people in the area. That really brings down the hotel. The City of Austin needs to clean it up.

It started off awful. I have indicated that it was our anniversary and the gesture to offer a complimentary drink was great except there was hair on the bottle and a couple areas in the room. I tried calling Expedia, but they indicated they couldn't get us into another hotel. When going downstairs the same night, I don’t see anyone at the desk. The bathroom floor also was quite dirty and wasn’t clean. I had to clean the floor myself before even using the bathroom. Very disappointed for the amount I paid for the stay vs what we got

Easy parking on the street or in the garage across the street, but hotel people will give you no information about parking as they want you to pay $45/night to use their valet. Don’t get ripped off!
