Great location!

Amazing location, walkable to everything you want to see in downtown Austin… the breakfast included was delicious and had such a great variety to make everyone happy. Loved the water station and fresh fruit near the entrance. It was quiet, clean, and the staff was so friendly and attentive. This is my go to place in Austin !

In addition to the obvious amenities which they hit out of the park (clean room, great breakfast, hustling and bustling staff), the elevators were fast and plentiful. Really essential for such a tall 18 story hotel. This is our second stay here, and my husband will stay no place else in Austin.

I don't know why they charge ridiculous amount for parking, If you are staying here. It was never clarified when I made the booking. It would have nice to know and perhaps I wouldn't have stayed here.

Excellent customer service from the minute I drove up to the property to the day I left, the staff were always welcoming. The room was cleaned daily, and the hotel was quiet despite many rooms being booked. Many walkable restaurants, coffee places, and a convenient grocery store located across the street. The area around the hotel felt safe even late at night. Parking was expensive, but the valet service was friendly and very quick.
