Very hard to find a parking lot. And valet parking is very expensive in hotel. Around $60 for 1 night. This is terrible. You guys have to lower it down.

Just stayed at this great hotel in Austin and was genuinely impressed. The location was perfect! The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable - especially the valet named Dallas! My room was clean and spacious. Me and My kids loved breakfast here.

Nice hotel, weird choice of desk chair.

The bed was comfortable but I thought it weird and annoying that the chair at the desk was not on wheels. I was there on business and needed to use the desk a lot and the heavy, hard to move desk chair was a surprisingly disappointing inconvenience. There are rolling chairs in the business area of the lobby- those would be good in the rooms.

Great hotel. Rooms are nice. Only issue I have is I wish the comforter was thicker for how cold I like the room at night. I like to sleep at around 68 and the comforter was too thin for me at that temp.

Great walking distance to all the places to see, 6th st., So Co shopping, Lady Bird Lake, and so many great restaurants. Parking at the hotel was expensive and we found that parking on the street was the way to go, especially if you’re checking out different spots like Barton’s Springs or Travis Lake. Street parking on Sundays is free! Overall it was a great stay except for the hiccup of being accidentally locked out of our room due to a mistake made at the front desk. My only suggestion would be to work on customer service and being more accommodating. It’s a great location and walking distance to a lot of great attractions Austin has to offer and felt pretty safe to me. Rooms were clean. I would stay again.

The staff were great, and the location was perfect—within walking distance to a variety of restaurants in downtown. We really enjoyed the vibrant street nightlife. Austin is a beautiful city filled with happy, welcoming people. My family loves spending weekends in downtown Austin, and we definitely plan to return.
