Property was nice and clean. I love the Hyatt. The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars was my own personal experience. Since i booked through expedia my room was downgraded and a bed was taken away from me. I originally asked for 2 queen beds and a sofa. I was given a single bed and a sofa. When questioned, i was told that since i booked with a third party they didn't have to honor what i requested and that they were fully booked so i couldn't change it back. The manager was no where to be found and never got back with me.

The staff was so nice and polite every time we interacted! They bent over backwards to help. The property was cute and convenient. Lake Travis is a gorgeous part of Austin and this property was adorable. Would stay again!

Called a few weeks before my stay to request the same room I had the year prior. They said call back the morning of to request it. On the morning I was checking in, I called the hotel multiple times trying to request the room. After calling over 10 times over a period of 7 hours, someone finally picked up the phone and said they were fully booked. Still a great hotel, just don’t know why it took calling so many times to pick up the phone.

Property is really good though it’s near two sides of road and noise level is too high even thought I was at 5th floor. Didn’t have a good sleep because of noise from vehicle and any motorcycle or super cars passed gives you frustration when you are tired and trying to sleep.
