The good: convenient location, low price, helpful courteous staff, felt safe, large room, comfortable bed. The bad: had to unplug loud refrigerator, carpet dirty/stained past cleaning, cool only shower, broken toilet seat, terrible lack of food at breakfast, sign says you must pay for parking but it was not enforced (a motel should mean free parking). WOULD NOT RETURN

No free parking available. Parking is over $30 a night. Additionally, the door keys needed to be reprogrammed constantly. One of the rooms we booked had a sudden water leak and we needed to switch rooms; we were not compensated for the inconvenience.

Dirty Dump

Repairs are very much needed, felt like we stayed at a garbage dump vs a place to rest. Bathroom toilet had a dookie from unknown when attempting to first use and water was not flushing - had to request a new assigned room which smelled of smoke, although we inquired a non-smoking room. Valet parking was v sus.

Wow. What a dumpster fire. The property is filthy and apparently “under renovation”. If you have men scraping paint off the building and renovation 12 hours a day that should be in HUGE print somewhere prior to letting people make reservations. The manager on duty was filming a Tik Tok video so she couldn’t hear me when I tried to let them know that my AC/Heat was not functioning properly. I was told one room move was all that was allowed, and the manager didn’t know how to make sure the AC/Heat worked so she couldn’t check it for me before I moved rooms. Luckily the second room had a working AC unit. Carpet is so dirty it turned my feet brown - I was to wash my feet and wear my shows in the room to stay clean. The bathrooms have stains and burn marks all over the tubs, dirt is caked into all the corners. So so so gross! The parking is a joke- it cost me an additional $80 for a 2 night stay to visit my mother for her birthday, and I got to watch a group of 3 boys with 2 cars parked next to me be told not to worry about paying the fee as the only way they would get towed is if the manager called in them. Then proceeded to tell them not to worry and go buy themselves some food instead. Wow again. Do yourself a favor and never ever for any reason stay here. I beg of you. Go to a motel 5. Literally anywhere else.

Room was dirty, carpet has crumbs, Dead roaches and mouse droppings. Shower head sprayed the ceiling Beds were uncomfortable and very small Air/heater vent smelled and next to bed so the air (bad odor) hit our face all night Bottom of furniture was chewed up by what seemed to be mice. Curtain dirty and didn’t close all the way. Noisy people around until very late

The staff was great but the facilities were bad, the whole place smelled like weed, there wasn't hand soap in the bathrooms, the breakfast is bad, and parking is not included in the price and is $35/day!

Spend a little more elsewhere

Place is filthy. Trash was left outside, in hallways, loose on the ground. Housekeeping has to be requested. The parking garage looks post-apocalyptic. The staff was friendly enough but not on the same page.

There was a cockroach under the sink. There were trash bags in the room overflowing with trash upon arrival. Pizza box on the dresser. Beds not made. Smelled. Parking garage had shady men around.
