It was an OK stay. The service wasn’t exactly outstanding, but it wasn’t bad either. The hotel itself isn’t the best, but the room itself was quite clean and decent. It’s a 2, maybe 3 star at best hotel, so you get what you’d expect for what you pay. I will say, it is RIGHT next to the capitol, and 7 minutes away from the Moody Stadium, which is what my friend and I booked it for. It was extremely convenient for walking to things. For that reason I recommend it.

First of all there is parking in the hotel but you have to pay $50 per day for parking. Room smelled funky. Little coffeemaker did not work. Handle for shower was broken. Was not able to see tv because service was out or something wrong with reception. Will definitely not stay there again

I was poorly greated and still wanted me to pay some extra fees saying " it is hotel policy" When I've stayed many times here in the past and that has NEVER been a thing. While getting to my room, everything had a particular smell and a lot of guests where being loud and slamming doors and shouting at each other from a cross the hallway. I felt unsafe because I heard a couple of times footsteps into my door. I checked in at 9:00 pm and decided to check out by 12:30 am.

I truly regret staying here. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this place is neglected and unsanitary. There was a person passed out outside and I nearly stepped in human feces,not animal, human. Inside wasn’t much better. The tub had visible mold, the doors were filthy, and it felt like no one had cleaned the place properly in ages. The noise was nonstop! shouting, arguing, general chaos. I couldn’t relax for a second. I heard multiple fights through the walls. It felt more like a shelter than a hotel. I’ll be honest, you couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

FRONT DESK: unhelpful. Reported no phone cord to phone so I could get a wake-up call in the morning & she said "Maintenance won't be here until in the morning at 8" - I had to be gone by 8 ... what help was that? Valet guy called me "darlin' " - I'm old enough 2 B his grandmother. Hole in sheetrock above desk by previous guest; L O U D neighbors 1st night with screaming kids jumping on beds until 1:30 a.m. - woke me up & I couldn't go back to sleep for an early morning meeting. Worse place I've stayed in for my entire long life!

Nightmare hotel.

As I approached the receptionist area, I had to be careful not to step on broken glass that was everywhere from a broken bottle that no one rralized was there until it was mentioned. Blanca the receptionist was extremely rude and was giving me trouble checking in after show her my confirmation that i booked ahead. She then proceeded to charge me for a new reservation and when I asked what I was getting charged for she lied and said it was just for the deposit. Meanwhile she was arguing with her coworker and threatening them as it appeared that the associate was smoking. Only one elavator was working and it was dirty. I saw a dead roach in the hallway. The Bathroom in my room was dirty and the ceiling was falling apart. Walls are paper thin so you can hear people in thr hallways and in the neighboring rooms. I travel a lot and have stayed in budget friendly places, but this is the WORST experience I have ever had and did not feel safe at all. I would have immediately asked for a refund and gone somewhere else, but since the reception was shady already, I didn't trust her to give me back my money. For your safety find another place

Very dirty facilities. Cockroaches in the hallways and all over the room- dead and alive. Dirtiest place I have ever booked- I ended up canceling, not worth banking on the $100 cost, I just called it a loss. Disgusting, run down, very dirty. Front desk staff was great though.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room I stayed in was not clean — the floors were dirty, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. There was little to no sound insulation; I could hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms throughout the night, which made it very difficult to rest. What concerned me most was the lack of safety. The locks felt flimsy, and the overall condition of the room gave me the impression that security was not a priority. I did not feel comfortable during my stay and ended up leaving earlier than planned. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.
