The property is really old, but that is not the worst, the room was dirty and the whole property smells like weed. The worst is the 32 usd for parking space they should at least give that to the guest. It looks like an abandoned property and looks really sketchy

Staff was friendly. Grounds were under a well overdue face-lift. Came back from first day out to discover items had been removed from our room. They had been taken to front desk but 3/4 of belongings were left in room

Just okay.
This hotel is in the middle of a construction project, but it also needs a complete remodel. Everything is a little funky.Even the curtains are in tatters. But the Bed was soft, Ac worked. Room was cool And dark. Slept Well.

It is being remodeled but that is no excuse for it to be super dirty, cockroaches in the rooms, used Qtips on the floor from the previous visitor, mold on the walls and they never said you had to pay $30 a day for parking.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and willing to talk but overall the stay was extremely uncomfortable. Our first room had a terrible odor and was infested with bugs (floor, walls, shower). One got into my suitcase! We were allowed to switch rooms which luckily only had one bug but the overall structure of the hotel was not up to par. Our one bed (in the new room) didn’t even have a fitted sheet and when we asked they said they were all out and didn’t provide us with a fitted sheet. Will not be staying here again.

The property seems to be going thru renovations, as there are scaffolding everywhere, however I didn't see anyone actually working on anything. There was debris all along the corridors and in the elevator that remained there the entirety of my 3 day stay. The staff really did not ever greet me upon entering the lobby, maybe one time. The people in the rooms around me were very loud, playing music late at night.

First room had mold in the fridge, and the second room the carpet was completely saturated with water from the leaking AC Unit. The third room had roaches, and the fourth room didn't have a working AC Unit. Not too mention parking is 32 dollars every 24 hours. The room pics fid not match any of the nice rooms posted online, front desk customer service was awesome though.

This room (room #306) was in disrepair and unlivable / unsafe by any housing inspector. The shower was leaking on the ceiling and drywall was crumbling on my head and back while taking a shower. The bathroom door was missing. Mildew was growing around the tub. Drywall chunks were on the bathroom floor. The toilet handle and flapper would not flush unless you removed the lid. The HVAC cover was falling off and flashing a bright blue light all night. I don't know if I should reviewed this or report it. I've got pictures of everything. Definitely not worth it no matter how cheap it is.

This property needs to be torn down. Dirty, staff rude, unsafe, needs to be condemned. I left after a few hours and absorbed more costs due to loud construction, dirty room and inoperable tv.

Absolutely would NOT recommend staying here. These rooms should be rented by the hour and not the day, to the unsuspecting visitors in the Austin area. Filthy, filthy rooms, hotel and grounds. The ONLY reason I made it through the night was because the hotel was within walking distance of the Dell Seton Hospital and we had a family medical emergency. It was late when we arrived into town. Had to get to the hospital as quick as I could. And it was very late when we got back to the hotel, otherwise we’d left and found another hotel. Not to mention that parking on the hotel property was $36.00 to $56.00 per day, depending on if there was a football game or something else going on in the area, nonrefundable. Hotel room was already paid for and it too, was no refundable. They get you in and then they’ve got you. At least for a night, unless you’re willing to walk away from a couple of hundred dollars. Nasty, nasty place that should be condemned!! I’m mad, because I feel I’ve been snookered and ripped off. PS.. room was so clean there were a pair of dirty socks left behind the door in the bathroom. 😡😡😡
