Both hosts at the front desk were excellent. The room was clean and everything worked well. The breakfast was not good. Was that supposed to be eggs? Was it potatoes? Biscuits were burnt. Only white bread was offered--no bagels, muffins, or even wheat bread. Afraid to try the gravy. Better to drop the breakfast and pay the front desk help more.

Bed was great and comfortable. Bath was spacious. Carpet needs replacing along with vanity and hutch. Hotel was quiet. Check in staff was not welcoming. Breakfast was unimpressive. Area was a little isolated. It's good place to stay if you just want a comfy bed and be left alone before sight-seeing or eating out. The hotel could do a lot more to make it inviting for just a little more effort.

Everything was good but the room needed more lighting. Also needed complimentary shampoo, soap, and cream. Those were the two main reasons.

Upon arrival, there was a homeless fight in the parking lot in front of the main entrance. The hallway smelled like urine. The carpet was horrific. I had to go to Walmart to buy a candle and plug-ins. The bed pillows were the size of couch pillows. I trusted the pictures, but never again.

I was given a handicap bathroom and I did not pay to have a handicap room. I was not able to shower well as I am tall and the shower did not work for me. I wish there were more details on the description as walk in shower as the only description for handicap was given.
