Place was awful. I got stuck in the elevator and got no apology or anything. We then had to use the srairs and we were on the 4th floor. The breakfast was pathetic. Coffee was cold. None of their ice machines work and the lady who was there on Wednesday morning (7/23) was rude, clueless, and talked loudly on her phone.

Unfortunately this establishment was very dirty. There was stains everywhere, floor was burned and room had a foul odor. We had asked for a different room and it was just as dirty as the first room.

The house phone in my room didn’t work someone was trying to open the adjoining room door with force. I heard a man yelling and am a lady that was there alone. I had to call reservations to get the number of the front desk. I was afraid for my safety!!! The front desk never called me back or came to my room to let me know it was safe. That’s very unfortunate and made me fear for my safety all night long. I was afraid to leave the room.

If I could, would leave a negative number rating. La Quinta has been my go-to brand for a long time, but might be time to change. Never have I seen such a rundown, shabby, dirty, smelly hotel! Phone in the room didn’t work. Elevators broken, had to climb up and down 4 floors to bring my luggage down. Lord knows what would’ve happened if I was physically incapable of doing that. I’m hoping the corporate headquarters sees this review; not good for their reputation!

This place need whole new make over and management

First rooms smells like urine, the. The rest of the other rooms we got just smells like ac have not been cleaned out in a long long time, then breakfast in the morning just sad, only cereal, bread and burnt biscuits and gravy. We just packed our stuff and go eat breakfast else where.

The room smelled musty, the furniture was worn with stains and torn up, and the elevator wasn't up to code. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. We're didn't even stay our second night.
