Some of the outlets didn’t work and had to call maintenance to get a light to work. Housekeeping didn’t put new coffee cups in the room so we had to go get coffee downstairs in the morning.

I loved my stay at this hotel. I stayed with my child (toddler) and I felt really safe. The breakfast was good and I was surprised that they serve it until 10. It usually ends at 9 on most hotels. The only thing that might had been an issue was the air conditioner, it was loud and would wake me up at times. The bed is on the hard (hard soft) side but it is not uncomfortable at all. I usually stay at hotels where the bed is medium firmness but for some reason this bed didn't bother me at all. It was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's also an indoor (heated) pool, it was clean. I would stay here again.
