Overall unpleasant experience. Hotel as a whole was dirty and our room felt dirty as well. Dirty floor, table, curtains, restroom. Entry to the hotel was not locked, ANYONE is able to walk in without a key through any door leading up to the stairs. Overall I will not be bringing my family back.

The room was clean. The problem I had with the hotel. I was given a room that had a broke door. I had to push the door open really hard just to get in the room. I feel if I had to pay full price I should have been given a better room. That room 208 should be discounted. The hotel should also tell you that the door is broken and give you the option to keep the room at a discount price. Other than that the stay was good.

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to leave a positive review. Woke up in the middle of the night with a dozen bed bug bites. Stayed in the room 344. The staff managed to change the room for the second night.

Door keys dont work half the time. I went down onve and someone who didnt know me gave me a fresh key. NO ID CHECK, NOT EVEN MY NAME ASKED. show up, hand them a key and say a room number....voila! A thief, rapist etc...has access to a room. Unacceptable

You get less than what you pay for

Check-in service was awful. I felt like I had to apologize for checking in. Hotel/room had a smell of damp, waking up to a musky smell was not great. the fitness centre was completely out of action, both treadmills not working and they only had 3 dumbbells. Overall, it wasn't great.

The facility smelled musty as soon as I walked in the front door. The carpet in the first room they gave me was saturated with water in front of the AC unit. Not damp...soaking. The staff was prompt and courteous to change my room. I was moved next door. The new room seemed in good condition, but I woke up with a sore throat the next morning which subsided several hours after I checked out. I would not stay there again as I have the impression there are water damage issues which are not healthy, especially for sensitive guests.
