**NEW PROPERTY** The room was VERY clean and comfortable. Beds Slept Nice...Excellent-Complimentary Breakfast! Wifi is slowe & I DISLIKE The Tv & Couldn't Access The Cable. Overall It Was A comfortable 2nights & The Area Is VERY accessible To ALOT Of Food-fun & entertainment.

It was an awesome stay. Very clean, well lit, friendly staff, great breakfast AND Community Coffee is the best. We have found our olace to stay when in the Austin area.

The property is obviously on the newer side; everything looked and smelled clean and the area surrounding the property is pretty quiet. Plenty of free parking was available. The front desk warned us about an A/C issue that some rooms were having, but mine was unaffected. Our key cards stopped working a couple of times over the weekend, and needed to be replaced at the front desk. I never woke up early enough for the continental breakfast, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with Dove products. They still have a couple of minor kinks to work out, but I would stay here again.

Despite being thrown into a room that was not the one I was charged for (I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed with a broken AC), the staff did their best to accommodate by giving a free water. Never booking here again.
