I reserved this property to attend the Formula 1 event at the Circuit of America in Austin. We were 4 people, thus, I reserved a bedroom apartment. The manager of the property gently helped us to access the apartment earlier than the checkin time because it was available. But when we arrived, due to a misunderstanding from Landing, the apartment was only for 2 people. Kurt, the property manager, fast and efficiently, solved the problem that was huge: there was no option of reimbursing us the money because Austin was completely booked for the F1 USA event. The apartments are brand new, nice decoration, minimalist, and designed. Little noisy because they are located on the service road of a highway. And the entrance (Loyola Apartments sign) is very dark at night. Something that will be solve I guess, in the near future by the efficient Kurt. It is very close to one of the parking lots for F1 shuttles (9 minutes drive).
