Room had no heat and heater was not working after 30 minutes. Told staff and they said they would send someone but when they did all they did was reset the temp and say wait another 10 min to see if it warmed up...it didn't and we are now looking for another place for the night.

Hotel was ok, the staff was nice. Once we got our room it seemed clean, but on checking the towels were dirty and seemed they were just used and rehanged, the restroom was also very dirty and even paper roll wasn’t even replaced. We also noticed they did not replace the trash bag which had trash from another probable stay.
