Omni needs to replace carpets and add more lighting to their rooms. I assume dim lighting bc dark, old carpet. It time to redo floors. Staff amazing, beds very comfy, didn’t eat there. Heard outside noise (to be expected, Austin Tx😆) but nothing inside the hotel.

Great hotel but if you’re going to charge a daily destination charge for using the pool and gym then you should have the pool bar open and staffed as advertised. Omni should staff adequately to avoid a lapse in bar tender coverage. Especially at the nightly price we paid during ACL. We were compted one drink each but we were at the pool 3 hours and wanted to drink the entire time. Overall staff is very friendly and responsive. I will stay again definitely

I recently stayed at the downtown Omni Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The promptness and kindness of the hotel staff truly stood out; they were always ready to assist with a warm smile. The rooms were impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
