Very nice hotel, check in was very easy and quick and the staff was great. Two complaints:(1) parking - parking is $59 a night, which is ridiculous, and to cap it off, when you call down to have your car brought up, they say they’ll test you, and they did nt or either time. The second time when we finally went down our car was there but no valets were, so had to stand around for 5 minutes waiting for someone to give us our key. If I’m going to pay $59/night for a valet, you should at least have good valet service. (2) there are no coke mackies anywhere in the hotel, so after you’ve drunk you two courtesy waters, if it’s after hours you have to ask them to send up a drink

ACL festival attendees
Stayed at Omni while attending ACL festival, the hotel went out of their way to provide drinks and snacks (in the lobby) free of charge for festival goers, and anyone else. The room was comfortable, services great, would definitely stay again.

We had a nice stay at this property. This is a high end hotel and we paid a lot of money to stay there 4 nights. With that being said, I would not expect to be nicked and dimed for every little service. It is 2024, WiFi should be free! Also, it was outrageous to charge $60 a night for parking.

Food was great, but requested no bacon on my dish but that was overlooked. One of the ladies in the restaurant helped me bring up my to-go order to my room without me even asking-very thoughtful. A shuttle would’ve been helpful to some of the spots instead of a Lyft
