The staff of the hotel was very helpful and responsive about any questions we had. The location was perfect as it's just a few blocks from Congress Ave and was very walkable. The onsite gym was well maintained and have a wide variety of equipment. The valet was also incredible and made getting in and out of the hotel very easy when we wanted to travel out of downtown. Timothy (valet) was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to provide a great service!

The staff was very friendly and the grounds were clean. There are a lot of dining options and the hotel restaurant food was excellent. My room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I encountered was the room noise and it was not from other visitors. The building/room has a constant sound of what sounded like AC unit or water pipes in the wall. I did bring it up to the staff but there was no resolution. I was traveling by myself and I got used to it after the first day. Overall I would recommend the Omni. It's in a perfect location downtown and the bar and cafe in the lobby always looked vibrant and full with energy and people.

Unable to sleep due to the extreme Saturday night post game street and road noise- Whump Whump car woofers, extra loud “mufflers”, gunning motorcycles etc continued well into the wee hours- even 3 am. I was on 13th floor facing downtown and the racket was really surprising, even that high above the street.
