We spent one night here and it was not good. The facility didn't provide the actual free breakfast/regular cleaning service due to it called staff need back to home for family reunion.

Good value, great location
Breakfast was great, they even had those cool texas shaped waffle makers. Nice staff, easy check in/out. room was fine, about what youd expect. clean place. like clean to a fault, the whole place smelled strongly of cleaning products. the only negative thing i have to say about this place is the smells were strong, not necessarily bad smells but strong smells. I had read some reviews about people saying it smelled funny and they werent kidding.

The furniture was outdated and there were no usb outlets. Also, the breakfast did not have enough options. Everybody doesn’t eat pork and dairy products. Some of us are vegan. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property was clean and convenient to highway 35. The price was reasonable.

Great value for money but construction
Very clean and comfortable sleep. Hot water for shower and excellent breakfast. Eggs, sausage, bread, fruit, muffins and waffles. Staff very professional and friendly. Only complaints is walls are very thin. Heard snoring and full conversations The city of Austin is doing major road construction and you must pay attention or you will miss your exit. Also told at check in there were car break-ins going on in hotel parking lots. I was safe and didn't have any issues. Just keep all valuables out of sight. Nice part of town. Walmart and HEB, restaurant near by.
