The rooms were laid out ok - it was the little things. I (& my co-worker in her room) bought cleaning supplies. The dishes needed to also be re-washed. Things were so/so clean but not clean if you looked at the surfaces. My fuse breakers for the air conditioner kept tripping and the room would get really hot in the night (glad it was Nov & not Aug). My co-worker had to change rooms twice for air conditioner not working at all, the smell of dog (it is a pet friendly hotel) in the 2nd room - 3rd one she just cleaned and stayed. The staff were great!! Friendly and kind!! I have stayed in many places in Austin - I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Like the convenience of a kitchen. Bedroom and bed very small, no natural light. Code to enter door did not work so had to request a key fob. Water pressure in shower minimal. People friendly. REquested a tea bag and was told they did not have them.

The location was well situated in downtown Austin where everything is walking distance. The view from the balcony was amazing of the skyscrapers.

Amazing, you won’t regret it!
This was one of the most amazing stays we’ve ever had! The apartment (hotel room) was so beautiful, clean, and newly renovated. It was also very safe and secured. We could not stop raving about it and how it was a much better option than a hotel. We didn’t want to leave. This is now the only place I want to stay when I come to Austin, and I’ll be checking out their other properties in other cities.

Nothing worked. I did not get room I paid for in advance! Got my room just before 6 pm. Locks did not work. I was forced to reset the TV several times before I was able to use it. Construction around the hotel.

The property location was great; right by the Visitors Center and light rail and gateway into downtown. Beautiful night view of downtown from the balcony. We appreciated the apartment style of the unit. The only hiccup we had was operating the TV, which is probably related to our older age. Otherwise, no complaints at all
