Location and parking good

Trying to be cooler than it really is. Rooms pretty small. Hardly any room to even open up two suitcases. Clean. Location not bad. Being able to park in local parking garage (paid separately) and not valet was a big plus for downtown

Our room was not seviced one day, the following day tge room service left one set of towels forctwo people and didn't even empty the bin. This was my 12th visit to Austin and this was worst "value for money" hotel that I have stayed in. Safe to say I won't be back and certainly won't recommend to work colleagues or friends

If you want to be close to the music scene, this hotel is for you. I came for a business trip. I am in my forties and I think the decor and amenities are more suited for people under thirty. The carpet in the rooms felt musty and I think they should have it updated. On the weekends or when they have special events, it is loud through the evenings. Staff was friendly including valet. There is a coffee shop in the lobby which was convenient.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL VIA EXPEDIA. - call the hotel. The EXPEDIA listing is full of fraud! Rate included FREE parking and breakfast - Front Desk could not find either on my booking. (They comp'd my breakfast, but I am out $69 for parking!) Cannot find any way to let EXPEDIA know my troubles....The email confirmation is a no-reply....the chatbot is useless....the FAQ's don't have any contact info or links to customer service. My husband agreed never use EXPEDIA / BOOKING / ETC...any of them.... Hassle and fake rates!

I like the fact that it was in a very convenient place, and a very walkable atmosphere. The rooms are similar, well atleast from 5 to 14. The only difference was 14 had alcohol.

One night family getaway.

We enjoyed our short stay here. Hotel service was excellent and conveniently located to downtown. We took a short walk to 6th street to enjoy sights and food. Area seemed secure overall and parking, although a bit pricey IMO, seemed safe. Our room was clean and had a great city view. A bit noisy at night if you’re a light sleeper but bed was comfortable. The shower was magnificent and refreshing. We do wish the room had an iron instead of a hand held steamer but does not keep us from wanting to return.
