The only real complaint and it is valid. The breakfast is pretty decent for a limited service hotel. But the coffee machine they have and the only coffee provided is pure crap. It is horrible, and such an easy fix. Making your morning coffee a priority will be appreciated by all of your hotel guests and start their day off correctly. Do better please.

It was a great room and hotel, but was way over priced @ $307 for a Friday night stay at a limited service suburb Hotel. Had I been given more time, I would have booked in Bee Caves at a similar or newer, and a bit nicer hotel with a Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt flag for much less money and would have had the same drive into Dripping Springs. Check the pricing.

The room was clean and the staff were nice. Our room was supposed to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash but when we got there the body wash was empty. But the were able to get us enough bottles (for family of 4) to last us while we stayed there.

The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived and the night staff had to come to our room and help clean it. We were told that a manager would reach out to us about it but never heard anything from anyone. The hotel is old and dirty. There are better places to stay.
