The property was great but the valet gave me a flat tire and refused to do anything about it, they simply told me to talk to my insurance… very shocked at this lack of customer service. They still made me pay for my valet! Very disappointed and shocked from a “luxury” hotel.

It’s a great location. And a nice hotel, but it needs better servicing of rooms. And better lighting in rooms. Love a great mood lighting situation, but when you feel like every corner has misplaced items, it’s annoying.
