The manager is very rude and condescending. He has no people skills and very uneducated as to why they were charging credit/debit cards $20 per night in advance for incidentals. Smh. There was a horrible odor in the hallway. The carpet was absolutely filthy. Breakfast was okay. Lady working in breakfast area was nice, as well as the lady at check out. The area is not safe, there are way too many homeless people lurking. I even saw a young guy using drugs in plain view on Parmer before you get to I-35. I would not stay here again for those reasons.

The man that work in the reception is really mean, our AC wasn’t working properly and he didn’t do anything about it, the AC was licking water all over the room, the phone to call the reception wasn’t working as well, we wanted to talk to a manager but there was not anybody in charge, the only person that was doing her job right was the lady in the morning, she was so nice. But unfortunately they couldn’t fix our issues in the room and they let us staying there
