The beds were full of dog hair. My wife and Daughter is allergic to certain dogs and instantly got itchy and turn red and had to take a Benadryl. There was also a couple brown stains on the blanket and when we lifted up the blanket there was human hair too. The bed was nicely made but it seemed like they didn’t even change the sheets or blankets. The towels also had a smell to them. Front desk was nice enough to cancel our stay! When we was checking out we waited for an hour to get our car from the vallet as it was super busy.

It was 99 degrees out in Austin, pool area has no shade unless you purchase a Cubana. Could not use the pool till sun went down. There are a few umbrellas set up but not nearly enough. One other reason we booked at this Hotel was it advertised EV charging. So when we dropped off our vehicle was told they would make sure to charge my truck. When i looked at my truck App around 10 at night, it still was not charged. Went downstairs in lobby to inquire about charging again, the attendant said he would move cars around and charge my vehicle. Never happened. So the two main reasons we booked this Hotel, we where not able to utilize these two items. Room was nice and clean. Hotel in great location, but I booked this Hotel mainly to relax at the pool, did not happen, and EV charging. Did not happen
