Overall, very comfortable, quiet, and clean! The only issue my boyfriend and I had was the room we originally checked into the AC wasn’t working. But they were able to get us into a new room which we were very appreciative! 10/10 highly recommended.

Austin visit

Elevator out of service. Found stairs but other elevator was the only one. Food area was clean and food was hot and nicely prepared. Bread area lacked choice and jelly. So apparently there is a charge for parking at a hotel with more than enough spaces. I could understand if it was downtown - but it’s not.

Pleasant place to stay

It was a great stay. The office staff, especially Lisa, were amazing to deal with. The hotel was quiet, in a nice area, and offered many amenities, such as a decent breakfast, fitness center and pool area. Just be aware, the "free" parking as listed under the amenities isn't free. The fee is nominal but it's still charged. It can be refunded if you beef the policy.
