I was glad to find an affordable property to stay at for graduation weekend. They are pet friendly, for an additional $50. My room was clean, in good condition, and comfortable. Breakfast is what you expect to find ... eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, toast bagels, fruit, coffee and juice. There is a pool table in the lobby that my adult sons took advantage of. My only complaint would be that they don't enforce the "clean up after your pet" policy. Every time I took my dog down to potty, I had to clean up some other dog's crap and cigarette butts, to prevent my puppy from eating it. I noticed a lack of cameras in that area, so complaining to the hotel wouldn't do any good, until they can identify the responsible parties.

Stayed here for the Rufus concert at Q2 stadium. It was close to venue, NOT walking distance FYI. Hotel was clean, quiet and staff was nice and helpful. They had a good selection of food/snacks. Beds cozy, shower water pressure was also good. Would stay here again.
