Avoid this hotel until it is cleaned, please
Unfortunately, I'm not able to provide pictures because I was so disgusted with the room that I immediately asked room service to collect the used towels from the bathroom floor upon check it. The room wreaked of urine, but I was unable to change my room due to the hotel being oversold. I will never visit this hotel again and wish I could have received a refund. This was totally unacceptable and unsanitary. I'm so thankful that I only had a one night stay.

The staff was not welcoming at all and it took them 15 minutes to find my reservation - I even gave them my confirmation number. The rooms smell AWFUL. I tried two rooms and they both smelled terrible. There was a cricket in my room and a crusty stain on my sheets. No, no, no. Never again.

After I left hotel when coming back as soon as I walked into hotel I notice A/C was turn off then when opening bag I had a side pocket with $100.00 gone. Decided to take a shower next but all water was turned off sink, toilet and shower shortly after calling front desk Round Rock Police officers showed up with nothing but attitude telling me I had multiple complaint. After correcting them saying the only issues was while complaining about no water plus missing money they then agree to only one room two doors to the left of me was the only room that complain. They still asked me to leave with no refund had to go across street and pay for a second hotel.
