Staff was great but we had to listen to loud music playing all night coming from the bar connected to hotel. We thought when the bar closed at 11 it would turn off and never did. It was terrible, if you stay here don't have your room by the pool/bar or you won't sleep.

Avoid this hotel until it is cleaned, please
Unfortunately, I'm not able to provide pictures because I was so disgusted with the room that I immediately asked room service to collect the used towels from the bathroom floor upon check it. The room wreaked of urine, but I was unable to change my room due to the hotel being oversold. I will never visit this hotel again and wish I could have received a refund. This was totally unacceptable and unsanitary. I'm so thankful that I only had a one night stay.
