We stayed at Woodsprings for its proximity to the venue for my son's college graduation. Check-in was delayed due to a medical emergency in the lobby. We grabbed a bite at one of the many choices nearby. When we returned, no problems with check in. It was a hot day, so it was a pleasant surprised to feel the room comfortably cold. A/C is vital for me. I dont typically stay in a suite due to the cost but the room was reasonably priced. A couple of complaints would be the bed, looked comfy but wasn't. The mattress was hard and lumpy. I didnt expect that, since the hotel looked fairly new built. Also there was a very loud drpping noise that I failed to report coming from the room above. I believe it may have been caused by the use of the toliet? I was tired and fsil to report to mgt.

Did not like being charged for checking in 45minutes early. Bed was to be a king but was a queen and not comfortable. Lots of loud noises from adjacent rooms including above floor. Only had a total of 2 pillows and one night worth of towels so had to get more the next day. Hallways had a strange smell. Staff was great though.

It was ok for the price, it was clean and was close to the concert we were going to. The downfall is we only had 2 flat flimsy pillows and when i called the front desk to see if we could get 2 more i was told no. The room did not have a hair dryer and i was not used to that so of coarse i didnt pack mine. The bed was not comfortable at all. Checking out well, apparently noone works at night or in the morning cause the lobby window was down closed and in the morning at checkout a lil after 9 am still closed and everyone just was throwing the room key on the counter...i didnt care for that too much and found that odd that there was noone to handle customers in the morning .

Avoid this place like it's your worst nightmare

This place is worse than the seedy motel on the wrong side of town. The management dont seem to care about customer service, cleanliness, or really anything other than what minimal profits they must make. Reviews from more than a year ago all have the same feedback and nothing seems to get fixed. I will never use or recommend this hotel to anyone.

During check in there was only one person working the front desk. She was very kind but clearly overworked. There was a line forming and she had people who have already checked in calling with issues. One of those issues was the key not opening the door. We saw another guest have this issue and then we ended up having it for one of our rooms as well. It took almost two hours for them to update the door and we ended up missing our window to run errands prior to a scheduled event. Overall, not bad but clearly understaffed.

Great option if you have pets! The property is pet friendly and has a little path around to walk the doga. I also liked the kitchenette in our room and full size fridge.

Our stay was nice. Very clean, good location. Staff could be a bit friendler. They are not very welcoming, never smiled and barely spoke. One was pretty rude. We felt like our door key card needing to be updated, was a chore for her and we were a problem for her. Other than that, it was a nice place.
