Terrible

Terrible from the jump, we checked in late due to last minute changes. We called the number to let them know we were late and we were on our way and we still had to wait for them to open up. The front guy was rude and didn’t say 2 words to us. Get into the hall for our room and it smelled terrible. The room was small but not too bad. We left to get food and after 5 mins of being back in the room, we got called on around 7pm on a Saturday night for a noise complaint! We told them we literally just walked in and he told us they had been calling our room, we weren’t in there obviously so idk what the noise complain was about. The beds were spring beds and noisy, every move felt loud especially after the noise complaint. We were not comfortable at all. Overall, we know which hotel to avoid in this area.

I have stayed here may times and never had an issue until my last stay! I had a man walk into my room at night because they booked him into the same room! Day two of my stay I started seeing roaches! Talked to the front desk and they say they would send maintenance. Not sure what they were going to do. Came back to my room after work and found more roaches everywhere! I had to leave my work trip early because there was no way I was staying there any longer!

Check In was smooth, the staff was friendly, but they clearly cater to long term stays. I traveled with 2 small children, on a very bad day, just looking to take a nap before we drove more....and the people around us were either coming down from heroin or brought 8 dogs. There was stomping and music all night long. I went to to try to tell someone and the front desk was locked tight lol. You get what you pay for.

I stay here every week. Most days it is great! The younger staff are excellent with helping. But this last time I left early and accidentally left something in my room after I already turned in my key. No one would answer to let me back in! I called the desk and the lady was half asleep and would not help either!

The room I stayed in the ceiling was caving in almost cracked really bad in the restroom area. I was there for a day so it was ok but it just wasn’t pleasant. The staff was ok . It was an easy smooth transition. I just disliked the ceiling. The bed sheets were not changed. They had stains on the sheets for $63 you get what you pay for. I would have at least liked new sheets.

Did not have room reserved, excuse was no cleaning staff. Had to downgrade to one bed wiith no offer of a refund of the difference. Dirty halls, elevator and lobby. Trash in parking lot. Door to room would not lock unless slammed. Hotel staff left at 10 pm, no lobby assistance after 10pm. The security of the hotel was horrible. The inner doors were rigged to stay open. Anyone not a guest had access. And staff eas still absent at 845 am when we left. Would not recommend.

Ok Service

I had to wait 10 mins for someone at front desk doe check in. Even through the room was or seemed clean. I found a roach on my desk near my food. Bed was comfortable and AC runs really well.
