Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, just far enough away from the main Catalina strip where you don't hear all the hustle and bustle. Working heater for the cold December nights and a huge jaccuzi style bath tub.

Quaint firepit, coffee/tea/ snacks 24/7. The room was right off the hallway and did not have adequate window coverings, so we had light coming into the room the whole night.

I booked this room for a quick stay as I am hiking the TransCatalina Trail. The room was awesome and the courtyard was a nice surprise. Room was great and comfortable. I will use Courtyard again when I am in Avalon. I think my wife a daughter will love it as much as I did. Thank you!

Nice hotel, but a little old for the price overall experience was good, but small things made it not worth $200 a night during low season - at least for me: hot water not enough to fill bath - second half was filling with cold shampoo was empty and few more… from good things: nice courtyyard with firepit nice kitchen with minimal snack options - yogurt and cofee (better than nothing) location is perfect

Wonderful experience 10/10
The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The courtyard area was lovely especially at night. It was relaxing and quiet sitting by the fire after a long day out exploring. Jacob was wonderfully warm and welcoming at check-in and was also very caring and attentive during our stay. Overall everyone and everything at this hotel was fantastic, definitely would recommend.

We stayed there for 3 nights for New Year celebration. We loved it! Jacob treated us as a family! He was so helpful, welcoming and fun! Qe got to meet his friend who was as welcoming and fun. We had a small issue with the tub, Jacob fixed it instantly. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is kind of old. My shower door is broken. Have a lot of little insect inside the bedroom. The hairdryer didn't clean, when my daughter want to blow dry her hair, the insect come out with dust. I think they need more cleaning since their property is old. The pro side is they offer 24 hours snacks which are convenient and thoughtful for the customer. Also the customer service is good.

Very nice room with a large bathroom that had a spa tub. The bed was very comfortable and the Futon worked out well for my son. Walking distance from the ferry and all restaurants.
