The only difficulty I had was that there was no elevator. However, the staff did help us carry our suitcases up and down the stairs.

Excellent location, with rooms around a quiet courtyard above the waterfront. The rooms have everything you need - coffee, fridge, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast (pastries, yogurt, OJ) was a nice bonus.
