Ck in with a young Man who wasn’t nice and concerns centered around signing off on the damage waiver than assisting me as a Guest checking in for an Expedia week long stay. Asked for a fan as the A/C points into a wall and a refrigerator. Both were quickly dismissed so I bought a fan & an ice chest. They were available to receive those as a gift.

The pnly thing that we did not like was the balcony in the 6th floor was close, and we wasnt able to see the sun rise the next day, it was open back at 9am. I think they should consider tjay better

This place needs an upgrade and makeover. Bed was sunken you could feel the coils, linens cheap and scratchy. Room noise, musty smell, the 6th floor deck view is pretty but don't be fooled by the posted photos. The patio furniture is old and falling apart. We paid over $350 for a motel 6 quality room. Not worth the $ quest sleep Eder and my neck is linked and body aches from the bed mattress that needs replacing.

Four nights there, very comfortable and convenient, super clean, got a room with a view to the mountains, free coffee and hot tea at the lobby. A good option!

This hotel is a complete scam and very unsafe. Do not trust this place! I had a very bad experience. The receptionist is an absolute scammer. The hotel is very old and dirty. I felt like i was the only one staying there, felt like it was empty. And not to mention they dont have a phone number to contact theml!! The number on their business card it's not in service and the one on their website is not in service either. ive been trying to reach out but no one has been getting back to me.

I believe it advised that breakfast was included when I booked for the hotel. Nothing was provided but coffee and tea. I would have been great if they have what they advertised.

Quiet and comfy for a nice get away
Excellent customer service was very informative about all the neat things to do on the island. Very close to the one grocery store in town. When I find myself back and Catalina this will be the place I stay again. Thank you again for the service
