I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.

This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Ocean Allure at Costa Mujeres deserves all the stars! I stayed there for almost a week and had such a wonderful, relaxing experience from beginning to end. The staff is incredibly kind, polite, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. A special thank you to Jaime at the reception, who was so friendly and welcoming, and Diosita at Mikes Coffee, who makes the BEST coffee! ☕️❤️ The beach team was also amazing — Jose Lopez, Nicte, and Fabiola always made me feel so well taken care of. And a special shoutout to Daniel, the lifeguard, who was such a wonderful and pleasant person. The atmosphere throughout the resort is absolutely beautiful — relaxing, positive, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place to truly disconnect, enjoy yourself, and be treated like a superstar, I highly recommend visiting this brand-new hotel! I had an unforgettable time and would definitely come back. 🌴☀️🌊 Thank you, Ocean Allure, for such a wonderful vacation!
