Fabulous hospitality and customer service. Beautiful location with easy access to railway, but great walkability to restaurants, pubs, museums, parks..really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to those traveling to Dublin.

Very clean. Beds comfortable. Good air conditioning and bathroom fan. Good black-out curtains, and noise-reducing double paned windows. Busy but interesting neighborhood. We were there for a family wedding held at a venue nearby. Though requested in advance, folding luggage racks could not be provided. Very limited space/infrastructure for managing personal items. Both the room and bathroom could use more bars, hooks, shelves for hanging or holding clothes.

Laura was amazing! She was so kind. I love the room and all the customer service. Good price, great location, kindest staff.

Make sure you put something unique on your luggage if you need to check it at the hotel. We spent 15 minutes searching for ours on a busy afternoon and almost missed our train.

this hotel is located right downtown within walking distance to everything, the lobby is nice and had complimentary water, the rooms are comfy and have old school hot and cold water faucets. They have a show downstairs at night that is well worth going to. We had a great time here

This is a hidden gem that should be rated as a 5 star. The rooms were excellent, modern and luxurious. The furnishings in the room were exquisite. The bar area was excellent and the roof top area was beautiful, with excellent breakfast. Also, the location was very good; a short walk to Merrion Square and Trinity College. The only thing missing are proper parking options.
