The hotel was great. The staff went out of it's way to help me, and seemed genuinely glad to see my dog everytime we walked through the hotel. Everyone spoke English and was also willing to help me work on my German. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, as was the local Zölter beer they had on tap. Best of all, there were several hiking trails within a five minute walk of the front door. The area seems perfect for skiing, with several lifts and a signs for ski lessons visible in the hotel and the town across the street.

Toller Ausblick und super Möglichkeiten zu spazieren. Auch ein Skilift befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Personal war sehr nett! Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter und das ein oder andere Stück könnte mal ausgetauscht werden.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel wäre ein echter Geheimtipp wenn nicht mehrere Kleinigkeiten in Summe das Bild trüben. An der einen oder anderen Ecke im Saunabereich sind die Fliesen beschädigt. Der Thermostat in der Dusche lässt sich fast nicht mehr drehen (auch wenn man den roten Knopf drückt). Die Ecke mit dem Trinkwasser wirkt auch ziemlich lieblos. Die eigentlich sehr schöne Sonnenterasse könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle mal wieder renoviert werden. Schade auch, dass die Terasse trotz tollem Wetter nicht ein wenig einladend gestaltet wurde (z.B. Deko auf die Tische, Kissen und Decken ausgelegt) um die Gäste zu motivieren es sich hier gemütlich zu machen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Das Abendessen wurde auf zwei Sitzungen verteilt und war überwiegend sehr gut. Alles andere ist Geschmacksache. Leider war das Frühstück sehr eintönig. Es gab die ganze Woche die identische Wurstauswahl. Rührei ja (übrigens sehr gut) Speck leider Fehlanzeige. Wir hätten uns z.B. mal über Weißwurst oder Pancakes - einfach etwas Abwechslung - gefreut. Das aufgeschnittene Gemüse zum Frühstück hat uns schon die ganze Woche beschäftigt, weil dieses stellenweise schon leicht trocken war. Am letzten Morgen waren die Gurken leider völlig ausgetrocknet und nicht mehr genießbar. Diese und noch weitere "Kleinigkeiten" trüben leider den Gesamteindruck.

Sehr freundliches Personal was einem eine Wohlfühl Atmosphäre verschafft. Man merkt das die Menschen ihren Beruf gerne machen,mit Herz . Ich ernähre mich Vegan und die Küche hat mir jeden Tag etwas sehr leckeres zu essen zu bereitet und es stellte keinerlei Probleme da. Dafür war ich sehr sehr dankbar und ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Wanderungen und ein klein Wellnessbereich gibt es auch. Vielen Dank für den sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt bei ihnen

Es ist ein eher kleines Hotel und dementsprechend ruhig. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was es braucht. Das Abendessen hingegen hat Luft nach oben.

Tolles Hotel mit nur kleinen Mängeln
Ein insgesamt sehr ordentliches Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten (Panoramablick, WLAN, Pool, Sauna, Parkplätze direkt am Haus etc.). Das Personal ist freundlich und bietet neben dem Standard auch einige Besonderheiten wie Fackelwanderung, Feuerzangenbowle, Silvesterdinner ohne Aufpreis. Leider wirkt es manchmal etwas unterbesetzt. So ist die Reinigungsfrau oft alleine unterwegs, wodurch sich die Zimmerreinigung bis weit nach Mittag verzögert. Auch ist die Rezeption selbst tagsüber gelegentlich unbesetzt. Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel, wirken aber etwas abgewohnt. Frühstück und Abendessen sind in Buffetform gehalten und bieten eine große Auswahl an leckeren Speisen. Die angekündigte Renovierung der Zimmer und das Personal um 1 oder 2 aufstocken - und 5 Sternen steht nichts im Wege.

Ruhige Lage mit Panoramaausblick Personal höflich
Hotel gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausführung. Wer gerne Auto, Motorrad oder Fahrrad fährt, bekommt auf der Alpenstrandläufer viel Spass.

Hotel nicht passend zur Preis-Leistung
Heizung in Zimmer funktionierte Nicht. Zwei Katzen sind im Rezeptionsbereich sowie im Barbereich auf dem Tresen umeinander gelaufen und gesprungen, auch wenn von desem Breich nichts ausgeschenkt wurde das geht überhaupt nicht. Abends der Tisch den wir zugewiesen bekamen da hat es von den Fenstern reingezogen das man da nicht sitzen bleiben konnte. Die Heizungam Zimmer ging noch nicht gescheit. Am Sa. hatte ich eine Lomi Lomi Massage gebucht die hätte 80 Min. gedauert, nacheiner viertel Stundemusste ich abbrechen weil es so kalt wie in einem Eiskeller war, dazu war es so dreckig in den mittlerweille 2 Raum wo wir waren,da kann man sichnicht erholen und entspannen 1. wird man krank vorKälte , 2. holt man sichda einen Ekel. Essen ging im großen und ganzen aberfür diesen Preis dazu 3 Sterne Superior das passt nicht zusammen.Ich würde dieses Haus auf einen Fall weiter empfehlen und selbst auch nicht mehr dahin fahren

Hotel der Einsamen Seelen.
Hallo, war am 24.-26-11.2017 in dem Hotel mit meiner Frau. Das Essen bis auf das Frühstück ist eine einfältige Sache und kann jeder Hobby Koch besser. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich aber es geht gar nicht auf die Wünsche der Kunden ein und ist sehr rechthaberisch. Wenn der Gast was will wie eine Käseplatte dann bringt man ihm dies. Zum Frühstück gab es auch Käse also wo liegt das Problem? Genau so wurden wir in der Saune eingesperrt da die Gute Frau schon um 21:30 Uhr Feierabend machen wollte. Alles im allen muss sich in diesem abgelegenen Hotel einiges ändern. Wir kommen da garantiert nicht wieder für 300 Euro bekomme ich 1000mal bessere Hotels. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Werner

Vom Hotel aus sind die Wanderwege gut und schnell zu erreichen. Sevice sehr gut hatte einen kleinen Wander unfall. Wurde gleich geholfen.
