Although nestled in wonderful Bad Ragaz, this boutique hotel had a bunch of issues: Coming in it's self check in so don't expect to see anyone to help you out. I've travelled a ton but this was the first time I caught a spider in a room. I had to move the bed and the underneath had leftover items and probably has not been cleaned for a while. Ate at the restaurant by the entrance on our first night and it was the worst meal of my entire trip. The boutique hotel is at a great location and close to so many great stores and dining options. The rooms are ok. Just make sure they are properly cleaned before you arrive.

Nie jemand an der Rezeption. Gestank nach Zigaretten überall.. das Frühstück war alles andere als Einladend. Telefonisch war nur schwer jemand erreichbar. Beim Einchecken liegt einfach ein Couvert mit dem Namen auf der Theke. Wo bleibt hier bitte der Datenschutz?!

Grosses Zimmer. Perfekt für mit Kind. Klima war bei den Aussentemperaturen auch super. Schönes Bad. Schalter für Power sah provisorisch in der Wand aus. Kaffemaschine im Zimmer was defekt.

Zentral gelegen mit stimmigem Boutique Charakter. Absolutes NO GO: Zimmer auf Hinterhof mit einer Riesenmulde voller Abfallsäcke. Das Hotel war kaum besetzt und trotzdem hat man uns dieses Zimmer gegeben....

Tolles Hotel, leider sehr wenige Parkplätze aber ein öffentliches Parkhaus ist sehr nahe dran und günstig ca. 9 Franken eine Nacht. Beim Frühstück fehlen mit Persönlich die Rühreier. Komme gerne wieder

Großes Zimmer, Service Mangelhaft
Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, gepflegt und sauber, Kaffeerahm im Zimmer jedoch über MHD hinaus. Zimmerkarte funktionierte am Abend nicht mehr, Zimmer musste via Telefonzentrale geöffnet werden. Am Morgen funktionierte Zimmerkarte erneut nicht, Rezeption leider nur Nachmittags besetzt und am Morgen telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Zum Glück Koffer bereits beim Frühstück dabei.
