Strategically located, easy to get to many places on foot.

​Lovely, beautiful garden, lake, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room—such a beautiful place! I really loved it. The room service and customer service were perfect. ​Just make sure next time to book directly with the hotel to ensure breakfast is included. For me, it is such a lovely place, but it was a bit disappointing that breakfast wasn't included this time.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Paramus, but I did not have time to try the spa. The restaurant on the 9th floor was good as well as the breakfast. The only thing that was an issue was the internet. I could not access Facebook or Instagram.

Clean, comfortable, large rooms, very good breakfast and great staff, but be aware that there can be loud drumming from the nearby park early in the morning

Cleaning staffs should do cleaning better in the bathrooms and bedrooms. With amenities gym ac is not working properly so make workouts very tiresome. Breakfast is great, can’t complain. The staffs are great. Communication systems are not so good. Can’t make calls in or out mostly. Location is quite not easy to access to main roads. But it’s quiet from the city noise.
