Staff is wonderful. Good choice indeed. Very relaxing and cozy comfort. Roses everyday on our bed. Loved it. Well done.🙏

Best: location Worst: maintenance, breakfast and restaurant, personeel speaks very poor english

My overall experience was below average. Before our arrival, the hotel promised to provide airport pickup, but no one showed up, so we had to take a taxi instead. The internet in our room did not work throughout our stay. Three different hotel staff members tried to help, but none of them seemed to know the correct Wi-Fi password or how to fix the issue. The dining experience was another major disappointment. The breakfast buffet was far below the standard I would expect from a hotel that charges around $100 per night. The selection and quality were both lacking. We also had to call the front desk every time we wanted to use the shower because they had to turn on the water flow manually, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet the expectations for the price we paid, and I would not recommend this hotel.

The hot water doesn’t work and the room are not clean
