The room was dirty staff was rude when you could find them. There were people laying in the hallways on there phone. There was barely anything for breakfast. Nothing to drink. Booked online for my US Army active duty son returning to Ft.Drum. Upon arrival he found a note on the door with an after hours number to call. He called at 9:30pm and was told, " I'm already in bed, you must have booked online. Maybe try super 8. We'll refund your card tomorrow."
