Easy on off interstate. Breakfast was good. Bed was hard as a brick, poor pillows, heating unit was extremely loud, door to hall was not air tight, could hear hallway noises. Check in staff was rude. Asked about the terrace rooms, her response was “they are $15 more , if you would have called instead of booking online, you would know that”. !!

Close to the park and downtown area which was nice. Try to request a room that is as far away from the freeway as possible. Not building 4 side. The semi trucks are on the move all night long so it was pretty loud.

The water in the shower was barely warm. The shower head was of inexpensive quality and sprayed in all directions. For the cost of the room the quality of linens (bathtowels) could have been upgraded to a better quality. They were very thin. The shower curtain was torn. Updates were necessary. We definitely didn’t get what we paid for. The sheets were clean
