Like: the staff was friendly and the heated pool and the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after a long working day.. Did not like: too noisy you can hear was going on the neighboring rooms also the street traffic and the train that goes by frequently, the entire property can use some TLC, at the time of check in the property was being painted and the lobby entrance was cordon off with out any directions on where do you suppose to check in

Upon arrival I opened the drawer to the nightstand and found drugs right next to the Bible! I had no time to change hotels or rooms because I was on a business trip and couldn’t afford to run late. I accepted the fact that I was staying in the same room as a drug addict was and obviously wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Also, the room looked like it had flooded before because the bottom of the wall next to the floor had water damage all along the bathroom and vanity area. The nice thing they did let us check in a half hour early. We weren’t able to check out until 9am, when I wanted to check out at 7am. But do to her being the only staff, I had to wait for the housekeeper to come in. She ended up being late and the staff gave me my deposit without checking the room. We didn’t go swimming because the water looked very murky.

Room was fine for the price. We had two dogs and couldn’t take them outside without feeling unsafe. Used needles in back parking lot. Stray dogs and homeless people on both sides of street near property.

Room was a real nice size but faucet was terrible, hairdryer didn't work. Staff wasn't overly friendly but not rude. There's no smoking but when we left our room, it reeked of weed. I don't think staff cares

Our room keys were deactivated before we officially checked out. The “manager” was cussing at us because we were upset. I’ve never encountered a manager foul mouth to any customer before. Abusive staff!!!
