The hotel was fine for its purpose- a place to sleep on route to/from LA. Our problem was that Expedia failed to transmit our reservation to the property. It took the desk clerk to find a telephone number to speak with a live Expedia person to resolve our problem.

The maid never came to the room. I was gone for hours and had the “maid service” tag on the door. I came back to find we were not serviced. I asked the clerk for service and was told the maid was gone. This was 4pm on a Saturday. Also, this facility does not have an elevator. Should be disclosed before booking!
