I booked my stay the day before, arrived at the property told them I was transporting my mother’s service animal because my mother was going in an ambulance from rehab rehabilitation center to assisted living. They told me that since the service animal was not mine that they could not provide me a room. They have a no pet policy. I explained my dilemma, and she said she would call her manager. They manager said they have a strict policy and cannot help me. I asked them to cancel my reservation, and I drove 17 miles to another hotel. I call Expedia and they told me they would refund my money after corroboration of the story; they called me back and to me the management is not willing to refund my payment for the night's stay. Sad
