The hotel, and the room were okay….BUT it was full of flies! After spending the evening killing flies we woke up to at least 6 on the window. When I mentioned it to the front desk as we were checking out, her response OK, I will have it sprayed. An apology or just act like you cared would have been appreciated. We have stayed there at least 10 times before, never again. I do however want to comment on how helpful and lovely the desk person was when we checked in.
