We checked in and were told we didn’t have a reservation. After 2o minutes reservation was found. My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair we went to our room and keys didn’t work, I had to go back down with my husband and were given a new room with different keys. We were never given an explanation and the person working the front desk was not friendly.

The floors were really sticky so we all walked around with our shoes and/or socks on. There were no doors to the bathrooms that lock. It was a sliding barn door of sorts, so absolutely no privacy whatsoever.
