The hotel is completely renovated, which is a plus. However, the grounds do need better upkeep. I think this place has great potential, however it wasn’t aesthetically appealing when the grass was all dead. Perhaps a synthetic option would be most appealing. It would be nice as well if there was an area where guests could “hang out” I.e: a larger lobby. Other than this, this hotel is great to stay if you’re from out of town and need a quick place to stay.

Requested a room near my in laws since they help me with my kids was told there wasn't any rooms available near them when I went to the room I was given I asked for a new room since it was near an exit and explained I was afraid of my kids running out to on coming traffic. Thankfully I was moved and "all of a sudden" a room was available next door to my in-laws. In our room there's was paint chipping everywhere trash was not taken out our tv didn't work so I was woken up at 5 am by my children asked at check out to speak to a manager and apparently there isn't a manger on staff in the weekends Bernit the receptionist took my name and stated he would let a manager know 2 weeks later I have not received a call from anyone. Terrible service my room phone didn't even let me dial out to room service to complain about my room and the rooms alarm clock started ringing at 6 am waking up my husband. Alarms should be reset once a guest has been checked out!!!

I was surprised that (after a few nights) housekeeping service had to be requested. This was not communicated at check-in. A slim breakfast was available but there were no proper tables to sit and eat at. I'm sure that would lead to more people eating in their rooms and needing at least garbage collection from housekeeping.

Front desk was helpful when packages arrived. Parking and space was plentiful and allowed our group to spread out. However, housekeeping was horrible. Our group of 8 checked in on Sunday and all of us did not receive room cleaning until Friday. We were told room cleaning was every 3 days or by request. We requested it on the 2nd day but still no room cleaning. We requested new towels and they never arrived until we called again later that evening to request them again. We were all out before the crack of dawn and came back late into the evening and always came back to a dirty room, until the last night of our stay.

You will be charged extra fees on top of what you have already paid for this room. Breakfast was meh. Warm yogurt, microwaved sandwiches, warm juice, dry cereal. Coffee was good. Doors slammed all night long. Pool was big and looked pretty good. Might be okay for family looking to get a room poolside. Rain shower head installed on vertical wall (lol) so water pressure was awful.

Rooms were pretty clean and looked newly renovated. Every room had a patio. Property has a pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of parking available, only thing I feel can be improved is to provide hot complimentary breakfast with a dining area. However they did provide cereals, fruits , yogurt and coffee.
