Nice room but no microwave. Unusual for this chain and this type of hotel. Seriously bad breakfast. Not a nightmare but not a great stay. Usually seek out Hyatt Place so this was an outlier.

We enjoyed the facility and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, but our room was not cleaned or refreshed at all while we were there all four nights. We had the same non-cleaned room and non-refreshed supplies and we could not understand why? But the breakfast was fantastic.

This didn’t look like a Hyatt property at all. Even if I compare it in the same category of Hampton and Hilton this was pretty bad. Rooms were spacious enough but didn’t even have a single mirror. Rooms and the floor had a very weird smell. Shower head was very old and water barely coming out. I wouldn’t recommend 👎
