This would have been a great place but for starters they lied and said the hot tub and pool both worked only the pool was open. On top of that Expedia lied about the room they didnt offer a dou le room yet thats what they had me booked for and then wouldnt let me upgrade even though I was willing to pay extra or the difference and tbey still wouldnt do it even when tbey had plenty of rooms no one on either end wanted to help was really let down so we ended up staying at the hampton next door that place was amazing wish I could leave a review for that hotel.

We came in to attend a high school reunion. The manager was fantastic and friendly. The room was good but there was some mold on the shower spout and stains in the tub of the shower. Sheets were clean and bed was comfy. Good price for the room and close to the airport. We had noisy neighbors above us, but otherwise was quiet. Would stay again.

Our room was very nice and the housekeepers very accommodating. That’s the good. The lobby and breakfast area are very hot. The staff have fans but during our 5 day stay the only time the lobby or elevators were comfortable was at night. Breakfast grab and take to your room? Breakfast here closes 15 minutes early. Only once when I requested eggs in our 5 day stay were more made. 0900 is not 0845. Change your hours if your intention is to close up at 0845. We commented on this at Christmas when Christmas morning guests were denied breakfast and we watched them throw away the hot food. This was brought to the mgrs attention. Having the smokers bench immediately outside the entrance so it’s impossible to come and go without a haze is not acceptable. There were female staff smoking out there as well and talking about how she’s the only one who does such and such job. It’s a bad look!! We liked this hotel and we are recognized as we have stayed here at least 20 nights in the last year. That choice may be different on our next trip. It’s a shame because the rooms and housekeeping are excellent.
